Purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, equipment and services by or manufactured and/or sold by Wilson Manifolds Inc. are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to  be installed and used. Purchaser further recognizes and agrees that the suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Wilson Manifolds Inc. for a particular application is the purchaser's decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgement of Wilson Manifold, Inc. regarding suitability of any product or service. Wilson Manifolds Inc. makes NO Warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchasers. There is NO Warranty of merchant ability made to purchasers with regard to racing and racing equipment.

Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts to the original purchaser. Wilson Manifolds Inc, is NOT liable for any consequential damages, expense, or injury arising from the use, misuse, or improper installation of any products manufactured or sold by Wilson Manifolds Inc. Wilson Manifolds Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design or add to improve on their product without incurring any obligation to install the same products previously manufactured. No Warranty shall apply to any product which has been altered or repaired in any way or has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence or any other occurrence beyond the control of Wilson Manifold Inc.  

Wilson Manifolds Inc. will accept returns of stock merchandise within a 30 day period from the invoice date. Shipping is NOT refundable. We will exchange stock parts if they are deemed defective up to 90 days after purchase date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee on a per item basis upon quality inspection.

Wilson Manifolds Inc. will NOT accept returns for any special order, custom built parts, or any item built to the customers specifications on the Data Sheet.

When returning parts, we must have the parts in our possession before we can send out an exchange part without charging you for them. 

1: Call us at 954-771-6216 and get an RMA #. Packages returned without an RMA # will be refused.

2: Put the RMA # on the outside of the package with your contact info and ship it to us. The customer needs to pay for shipping on all returns, NO COD packages are accepted, all are refused.

3: Upon receipt of the return, the parts will be inspected and either exchanged for the correct part or a credit / exchange will be issued. If there is a problem, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
